Vendors are selected based on presentation of booth, uniqueness that sets product apart from existing vendors, timeliness of payment, submission of paperwork and professionalism.

All applications submitted must include a photo of booth set-up. If you will selling or taking orders for merchandise you must provide CA Sellers Tax Permit at time of application.  ONLY application fee is due at time of submitting application.  Any other fees due will be applied once a signed contract is in place.

You will need to provide insurance to the Santa Maria Fairpark & Santa Barbara County Fair or you may purchase the insurance through this office from CFSA (California Fair Services Authority) for a very reasonable price.

Space Requirements

  • (20' frontage) Booth fee is two times the 10x10 fee

  • This area was introduced in 2022 and was a great success! This area is specifically for local business/artisans *Must fall within guidelines and be pre approved by Local Market Concessions Coordinator PRIOR to registering.

Please note: Management assigns all booth spaces.  All prices are based on 10' x 10'.

Utility Requirements

PLEASE NOTE:  One (1) 110V 20amp electrical is included.  If you are needing/requesting additional electrical, our crew will do their best to accommodate your needs, but not all areas are set up for EXCESSIVE electrical power.

Merchandise

You must submit booth photo at time of application. If you would like to electronically submit any of the documents listed below at this time you can click the applicable upload button to submit them.  If you choose not to submit documents electronically your application will not be considered until all applicable documents have been received by the Santa Maria Fairpark vendors/concessions department.

  • Stock Truck/Trailer space is limited. Spaces will be assigned on a "first pay, first served basis."

Application does not guarantee rental space.  ALL applicants must submit a completed application with a 

 $350.00 deposit and a photo of booth set up and product list if applicable. 

 If selected for a contract, the deposit will be applied toward the concession fee.  Deposit will be returned 

if an application is not selected.   Application fee is NON refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be honored according to the following schedule: 

If a contract has NOT been issued AND it is more than 60 days before opening day of event: Full refund less $25 application fee

Contract issued & 60 days or more before opening day: refund less $50 administrative fee & $25 application fee

Contract issued & 30-59 days before opening: 50% refund less $50 administrative fee & $25 application fee

Contract issued & 29 days or less before opening day: no refund 

A written request is required for ALL cancellations & refund requests.
