Community Showcase Applications are open to artisans and small businesses within the Santa Maria Community.

All applications submitted must include a description of your business and/or products.  

You will need to provide insurance to the Santa Maria Fairpark & Santa Maria Valley Strawberry Festival or you may purchase the insurance through this office from CFSA (California Fair Services Authority) for a very reasonable price.

Space Requirements

  • (20' frontage) Booth fee is two times the 10x10 fee

Please note: All booth spaces are assigned by Community Showcase Vendor Coordinator

Prices are based on 10' x 10' unless noted otherwise 

There are no sharing/splitting booths


Utility Requirements

PLEASE NOTE:  One (1) 110V 20amp electrical is included.  If you are needing/requesting additional electrical, our crew will do their best to accommodate your needs, but not all areas are set up for excessive electrical power. There is a $30 fee for additional electrical usage.

You must submit a business or product photo at time of application. If you would like to electronically submit any of the documents listed below at this time you can click the applicable upload button to submit them.  If you choose not to submit documents electronically your application will not be fully accepted until all applicable documents have been received by the Santa Maria Valley Strawberry Festival Vendor Coordinator.

Additional Information

Every vendor participating in the Showcase will be carefully vetted to allow the maximum variety of business & artisans to be represented.  The Community Showcase will also feature a stage where local performers, contests and music will rotate throughout the Strawberry Festival days.  This will also be an opportunity for small business to share demonstrations about their services or craft, or even offer classes.  In exchange for the greatly reduced participation fee , we ask that all Showcase participants contribute to the festive, welcoming energy.  Please choose at least one category listed below, although we would love to have everyone participate in as many as possible.  Should you choose not to participate at all, you will be subject to paying the FULL commercial vendor amount of $500.   All Showcase vendors will be subject to the same rules and regulations in the Fairpark Vendor Handbook.  Please refer to it for guidance and additional information.

  • Contribute a product or service certificate with a minimum value of $25 to be used for raffle drawings in the Community Showcase Building.

  • Decorate your booth showcasing strawberries. Winners of the contest will receive a prize determined by the Fairpark leadership.

  • Entertainment or Daily Demonstrations (20 minutes each day)
    This could be live classes, craft demonstrations, or another interesting performance that reflects your business and expertise.
