All applications submitted must include photo of booth set-up and an itemized food list which includes the "Featured Strawberry Food/Drink" item you will be offering. ONLY application and deposit fee are due at time of submitting application.  Any other fees due will be applied once a signed contract is in place.

Vendors are selected based on presentation of booth, uniqueness of product, timeliness of payment, submission of paperwork and professionalism. All food concessions must offer a strawberry themed food and/or beverage item on their menu.

You will need to provide insurance to the Santa Maria Fairpark, Santa Maria Valley Strawberry Festival, or you may purchase the Food Concessionaire insurance through this office from CFSA (California Fair Services Authority) for a very reasonable price.


PLEASE NOTE: As of 2/24/23 we have received enough food vendors who offer the following:
Funnel Cakes, Ice cream, Corn Dogs, Pizza, Mexican Food, Aguas Frescas, KettleCorn. If you offer food or drinks that differ from what is listed above we welcome you to still apply. - THANK YOU

PLEASE NOTE:  One (1) 110V 20amp electrical is included.  If you are needing/requesting additional electrical, our crew will do their best to accommodate your needs, but not all areas are set up for EXCESSIVE electrical power.

Menu Items

By checking his box you acknowledge that if bottled water, soft drinks (bottled or fountain), sports drinks or energy drinks are needed they must be purchased through The Pepsi Bottling Group of Santa Maria. Ice delivery is available onsite through Coastline Distributing.

Application does not guarantee rental space.  ALL applicants must submit a completed application with a

 If selected for a contract, the deposit will be applied toward the concession fee of $500 or 25%, whichever 

 is greater. Deposit will be returned if an application  is not selected. Application fee is NON refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be honored according to the following schedule: 

If a contract has NOT been issued AND it is more than 60 days before opening day of event: Full refund less $25 application fee

Contract issued & 60 days or more before opening day: refund less $50 administrative fee & $25 application fee

Contract issued & 30-59 days before opening: 50% refund less $50 administrative fee & $25 application fee

Contract issued & 29 days or less before opening day: no refund 

A written request is required for ALL cancellations & refund requests.
