The Santa Barbara County Fair runs July 13 - 17, 2022
Vendors are selected based on presentation of booth, uniqueness that sets product apart from existing vendors, timeliness of payment, submission of paperwork and professionalism.
All applications submitted must include a photo of booth set-up. Vendors selling or taking orders for merchandise must also include CA sellers tax permit when submitting application. ONLY application fee is due at time of submitting application. Any other fees due will be applied once a signed contract is in place.
You will need to provide insurance to the Santa Maria Fairpark & Santa Barbara County Fair or you may purchase the insurance through this office from CFSA (California Fair Services Authority) for a very reasonable price.
(20' frontage) Booth fee is double the fee of 10x10

Please note: Management assigns all booth spaces. All prices are based on 10' x 10'.

You must submit booth photo at time of application. If you would like to electronically submit any of the documents listed below at this time you can click the applicable upload button to submit them. If you choose not to submit documents electronically your application will not be considered until all applicable documents have been received by the Santa Maria Fairpark vendors/concessions department.
RV Space is limited. Spaces will be assigned on a “first pay, first served basis.” Utilities not guaranteed
