The Santa Barbara County Fair runs July 13 - 17, 2022
All applications submitted must include photo of booth set-up. ONLY application fee is due at time of submitting application. Any other fees due will be applied once a signed contract is in place.
Vendors are selected based on presentation of booth, uniqueness of product, timeliness of payment, submission of paperwork and professionalism.
All food & beverage concessionaires must have an operable cash register please refer to Vendor & Concessions Handbook.
You will need to provide insurance to the Santa Maria Fairpark, Santa Barbara County Fair, or you may purchase the Food Concessionaire insurance through this office from CFSA (California Fair Services Authority) for a very reasonable price.
By checking this box you acknowledge that if bottled water, soft drinks (bottled or fountain), sports drinks or energy drinks are needed they must be purchased through The Pepsi Bottling Group of Santa Maria. Ice delivery is available onsite through Coastline Distributing.
RV Space is limited. Spaces will be assigned on a “first pay, first served basis.”
