We look forward to your participation in the 63rd CA State Square Dancing Convention. 

To accommodate our campers needs we ask that you read the following rules and regulations and complete the application below. 

If you wish to camp with a certain individual camper and/or group please include that information at the time you apply.  

RV CAMPING APPLICATIONS ARE MADE ONLY ONLINE & AVAILABLE STARTING OCTOBER 2023.

RV CAMPING APPLICATION DEADLINE IS APRIL 1, 2024.

All campers are scheduled to depart the Santa Maria Fairpark on Sunday, April 14th.

PLEASE NOTE:  Spots with FULL hook ups are limited.  If you are placed in a spot with FULL hook ups the additional fees will be added to the credit card that was made to make your reservation.

Refund Policy:  Camping cancellations may only be made by email to [email protected] .  Deadline to cancel is Monday,  April 1, 2024.  The request must include registrants name, contact number and confirmation number.  Refunds will EXCLUDE the application fee and cc fees and are subject to an Administration Fee.
